As a Customer Service Representative CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, resolving complex issues, and understanding and explaining a full range of products and services. Qualifications: • High School Diploma required. • Intermediate technology skills, fluency in Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency. • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. • Availability for extended hours and weekends.
