Security Engineer - Remote (United States)

WA, Boston MA, or Washington DC Position: Security Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote work available depending on location (local candidates preferred). Must-Haves: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud and systems security. • Extensive proficiency in C and C++ programming languages. • Expertise in working with various operating systems, including Linux, Embedded Linux, and Windows. • Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) experience, such as QNX, VxWorks, ThreadX, FreeRTOS, MQX, etc. • Familiarity with bare-metal programming, low-level systems, system calls, bootloaders, and device drivers. • Knowledge of Embedded operating systems. • Expertise in Hypervisor technologies and microkernel. Nice-to-Have: • Experience writing a software programme or a substantial portion of one. • Knowledge of the ARM, x86, and assembly programming languages. • Exposure to Linux kernel development. Education: • Computer science, Electrical engineering, Computer engineering, or a Similar field of study bachelor's degree.
