What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide written correspondence via email
- Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services and make recommendations for optimal product satisfaction
- Maintain customer accounts and collect feedback for product and service improvement
- Prepare product and service reports by analyzing customer information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
