The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI/ML solutions that drive business value and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions and integrate them into business processes. • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training. • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines. • Evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and reliability. • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase. • Develop and maintain documentation related to AI/ML projects, processes, and procedures. • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI/ML practices. • Execute additional tasks and projects as required by your manager, ensuring they are completed professionally and within deadlines. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Master’s or PhD preferred. • Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role. • Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java. • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices. Please note that this is a consultant position, meaning your duties will be on standby until a client requests your services. Hours and responsibilities may vary based on client needs. As an employee of SpecialT Tech, you will be compensated according to your contract. Salary $110,000 - $140,000 per year Apply Job!
