We are seeking a qualified Business Development Specialist (BDS) for remote employment. The BDS will focus on scheduling appointments with new and existing prospects, presenting opportunities for Digital Marketing evaluations through phone prospecting. This role is crucial to our team, supporting our ongoing marketing campaigns by reaching out to thousands of small businesses in our database. We offer a robust incentive plan to reward performance and success, including bonuses for qualified closures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Maintain a minimum of 4 hours of talk time or 300 calls per day, ensuring organization and commitment. Qualify prospects interested in scheduling Digital Marketing consultations with our Business Development Managers. Master phone campaign pitches and product concepts to effectively engage prospects. Proactively contact our extensive list of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering necessary information. Depending on the campaign, this may involve transferring calls to our inside sales team or scheduling callbacks. Utilize our CRM system efficiently for call management, note-taking, and tracking client interactions.
Qualifications
Native-level proficiency in English. A pleasant and professional phone manner that commands respect and effectively navigates gatekeepers. Strong determination to handle high volumes of weekly phone calls. Intermediate or higher computer skills, including proficiency in proprietary internal phone and contact management software. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Compensation
