If you have a proven track record in managing Microsoft enterprise solutions and are passionate about driving user adoption and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you! location: FOLSOM, California job type: Permanent salary: $102,000 - 128,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES · Provide exceptional service to internal customers, including end user training and support, and act as main point of contact for the business when escalated support issues arise. · Accurately document all work performed through a ticketing system, including details and outcomes. · Oversee requirements gathering, consulting, project planning, design, build, and testing of new and existing Microsoft solutions to meet business needs that support overall business strategies. · Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues; escalate product bugs or unresolvable cases if necessary; notice trends and report recurring problems. · Leads and documents technical design of MS Solutions enterprise-level architecture and integrations processes. · Monitor, configure, maintain, integrate, and drive user adoption of the following Microsoft solutions: o Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Yammer o Microsoft Teams Suite: Teams, Planner, Stream, Forms, Viva o Power BI Pro o SharePoint: On-premises and Online, and third-party tools (e.g., web parts, workflow engines, and content migrators) o OneDrive o Power Automate and PowerApps o Web calls to other enterprise applications (e.g.CRM and ITSM) · Design, configure, and maintain business process workflows. · Generate and maintain MS solutions operating procedures and dataflow diagrams. · Interact with vendor(s) for system and application upgrades and problem resolution. · Develop design documentation, project plans and test procedures for the installation and upgrade of hardware and software. · Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data. · Maintain awareness, evaluate, and developed communication regarding software releases/updates for all MS solutions. · Function as MS Solutions subject matter expert and technical advisor to IT and executive leadership, and business partners. · Maintain architectural awareness of application layers (UI, shared core services, external interfaces, data services, etc.). · Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technology. · Provide training and mentorship to lower level employees. · Ability and willingness to work off-hours and to be on call for emergencies. · Complete other duties, as assigned qualifications: • Experience level: Experienced • Minimum 4 years of experience • Education: Bachelors skills: • Architecture • Microsoft 365 • SharePoint Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
