Technical Recruiter

RMC is hiring a Technical Recruiter. The candidate selected will perform full life-cycle... recruitment to support the program and corporate staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter will work with hiring managers to elicit staffing requirements, author personnel requisitions, and manage job postings. Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates, negotiate and send offers and maintain documentation in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Technical Recruiter will attend job fairs, open houses, and various industry and networking events as needed to represent the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting for technical positions is required. Experience recruiting for cleared and non-cleared personnel in the defense industry is highly desired. Candidate must have experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining hiring documentation. Successful applicant must have the ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with management personnel. The Technical Recruiter will be the face of the organization for potential employees; as such, the candidate selected must have the ability to represent our organization in a professional and positive manner. Applicant selected should have a thorough working knowledge of OFCCP requirements.
- Security Clearance: An active clearance is not required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
