Data Analyst - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do
Partner with various teams to gather data from diverse sources, ensuring its accuracy and quality. Craft clear and informative dashboards and reports to track key product metrics. Develop repeatable, scalable data views to empower teams with self-service analytics. Weave data from different sources into compelling narratives that drive informed choices. Leverage statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and valuable insights. Build and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems that support data-driven decisions. Design charts, graphs, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information. Utilize predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and opportunities. Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, safeguarding its integrity. Integrate data from multiple sources and troubleshoot data-related challenges. Implement and uphold data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance. Partner with department heads and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Experience with financial planning and analytics is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of data management and database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and translate complex findings for non-technical audiences. The Perks Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually.
