Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Be the voice of assistance for our valued members. Answer inbound calls, provide updates, and assist with roadside assistance requests. Communication: Liaise with service providers to ensure timely assistance for our members. Prioritize requests and monitor progress to ensure efficient resolution. Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of service requests and member interactions to ensure a seamless experience.
