Overview: Work Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, with flexible hours. Shift availability includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Time zones may influence work hours. Location: Remote (Excluding residents of AR, CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, Washington, DC, and WI) Responsibilities: Engage in training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery. Provide top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. Maintain commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency.
