Technical skills around Dynamics solutions and working with Microsoft technical support team to implement D365 tenant to tenant migration. ? This role calls for Dynamics content/data migration activities; hence, understanding of Customer Insights - Journeys environment between tenants, interaction data, analytics data (such as journey analytics) etc. Understanding of Dynamics Sales and data migration processes, strategies, tools, and best practices ? Previous experience with Dynamics Tenant to Tenant Migration for Dynamics Sales experience working with Microsoft technical support team. ? Understanding of D365 licensing. Need to review currently available licensing and advise what additional licensing is needed on destination tenant. ? Familiar with Microsoft Azure environment and capabilities ? Experience with D365 sales campaigns. Review what is in source tenant and advise on the migration impacts. ? Provide general guidance and expert advisory role to client business users on the needs, impacts etc. ? Create source database and other content backups as needed. ? Perform sandbox copy migrations before migrating production environments (or environments with potential business impact), ? Create test environments, test cases as needed and perform testing post migration. ? Provide UAT support to business users to thoroughly test future state. ? Reconfigure or provide support to any applications and settings after tenant-to-tenant migration, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook, server-side sync, SharePoint or others. ? Manually handle any items that require such intervention for e.g., content assets uploaded to the source environment (such as images used in emails and landing pages), Customer Insights - Journeys environment between tenants, interaction data, analytics data etc Apply Job!
