Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from Airbnb hosts and guests via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist hosts with managing their listings, including optimizing pricing, updating calendars, and responding to booking requests.
- Coordinate guest bookings, including handling reservations, check-ins, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by hosts or guests in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Provide support and guidance to hosts on Airbnb policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
