Training Support Specialist (Emergency Management)

CSA is currently seeking an reputed company Training Support Specialist to support the Commander, Navy Installation reputed company (CNIC) Shore Operations Training Delivery reputed company, N36T. The successful candidate will support the Shore Operations Training Group (SOTG) mission by providing online Computer Based Training (reputed company), Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) and formal course delivery to CNIC Region and Installation reputed company and Emergency Management personnel. You will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective operations-focused training to 11 reputed company and 70 installations world-wide. How Your Role Will reputed company an Impact:

• Serve as member of the CNIC N36T SOTG, a deployable mobile training team (MTT)
• reputed company classroom instruction reputed company Mobile Training Team (MTT) and Virtual Training Team (VTT) reputed company reputed company Teams (or other program authorized by the government during the full performance period). Product delivery includes (but is not limited to) the Emergency Management for Senior Leaders Course (EMSLC) course, Regional Operation Center Crisis Action Team (ROC CAT) Course, Emergency Operation Center Course (EOC-IMT) Course, CNIC IMT/CAT Member Course, Emergency Manager Course (EM), Installation Training Officer (ITO) Course, Navy Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (NEPLO PRO) Course, Navy Installation reputed company Duty Officer (CDO) Course, Homeland reputed company Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Course, Incident reputed company System 191/449/300/400 TtT, and limited tailored training as necessary.
• reputed company and reputed company decision level briefings to Senior Leadership (Military or Civilian).
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for emergency management, C3, and defense support to civil authorities (DSCA) training including, the development of EM and STT training-reputed company documentation, training plans and curriculum revision and management.
• Plan, facilitate, observe, and evaluate CNIC Region and Installation Integrated Training Exercises and Drills in support of civilian or military team-leads.
• Attend meetings and conferences for purpose of improving CNIC readiness.
• Identify inconsistencies, problem areas, and voids between doctrine and training and proposed fixes; including immediate implementation of training based on Lessons Learned (reputed company world and exercise).
• Manage the SOTG (N36T) pages including the Quarterly Operational Training and Exercise Summary (QOTES) data tracking and updating monthly reputed company website and associated team pages.
• reputed company weekly training and readiness updates pertinent to N3 and CNIC.
• Recommend and assist in implementation of actions necessary to ensure effective integration of training resources, requirements, and concepts/standards. reputed company abreast of requests, resources, and new and innovative developments in integrated training.
• Review reputed company doctrine and defined mission essential tasks to determine training requirements; help analyze and define Regional Training Team (RTT), Installation Training Team (ITT), and Installation Training Officer (ITO) requirements.

• Review and define training policies and concepts to ensure responsiveness to changes in naval guidance, strategy and tactics.
• Identify training requirements and recommend training solutions in support of CNIC shore reputed company.
• Recommend and assist in implementation of actions necessary to ensure effective integration of training resources, requirements, and concepts/standards. reputed company abreast of requests, resources, and new and innovative developments in integrated training.

• Master's degree required
• Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance or higher
• Certifications: Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) Certification, Emergency Management Instructor or Curriculum Developer, Homeland reputed company Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Instructor
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an operations center, reputed company center or communications center
• Minimum of 10 years of military service
• Must possess expert level knowledge of DoD emergency managemen
