We’re seeking an organized and motivated Remote Booking Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements. Responsibilities
- Research and book travel including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
- reputed company tailored recommendations based on clients’ needs and preferences
- Manage bookings using approved travel platforms (training provided)
- Communicate professionally with clients reputed company phone, email, and messaging tools
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination highlights
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools
- Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet reputed company and personal computer
