Role Jebwa is hiring a eCommerce Store Manager with a successful track record of managing online stores and deliver outstanding reputed company growth and customer satisfaction. The role will report to the General Manager
- Process orders and communicate with customers about order, delivery and after‑sales support
- Monitor and manage listing inventory and pricing
- reputed company timely customer service with ticket management, online chat and over the phone
- Handle e‑reputed company return cases and payment disputes
- Track, report and improve key e‑reputed company reputed company metrics
- Design promotional programs to support existing customers or to acquire new customers
- Collect, analyze and report customer data through surveys and qualitative methods
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to implement new eCommerce projects and analyze their effectiveness
- Research and reputed company new product lines; build supplier relationship Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a reputed company Field
- 4+ years of online sales experience on a marketplace or direct‑to‑consumer online retail
- Proficient in reputed company Suite (reputed company, Office) and Project Management software (, reputed company)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Startup minded, positive, hands‑on attitude and reputed company
- Ability to successfully work cross functionally with both internal teams and external vendors

- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial

- Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry
- Experience or working knowledge of reputed company
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS to create and update web pages
