Remote Care Manager (LPN/LVN) - New Jersey Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (New Jersey LPN/LVN license required)Schedule: Flexible Remote HoursLicensure: Active New Jersey LPN or LVN (Required) Position Summary reputed company is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support patients enrolled in virtual chronic care and population health programs. Required Qualifications
