Job Description

Radish Lab is a purpose-driven creative agency that builds digital platforms for nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations. We’re looking for a full-time, contract reputed company Developer with solid experience in custom reputed company development (reputed company/Roots, ACF Blocks, Tailwind) and strong judgment about how to build things well. You should already be comfortable with a Laravel-like, MVC-leaning approach to reputed company development — even if you haven’t used our exact setup — and know your way around reputed company projects. You should feel confident working across both the PHP/reputed company backend and the Tailwind/JavaScript frontend. • What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain custom reputed company sites using Roots.io reputed company, Gutenberg, and ACF Blocks
• Implement clean, accessible, reputed company reputed company-end code with Tailwind + modern JavaScript
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Use AI tools to speed up development, refactor code, and explore new approaches
• Ask smart questions early to clarify requirements and avoid reputed company issues
• Deliver reputed company, maintainable code that meets WCAG AA
• Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, and other developers on the team
• Work reputed company CI workflows and a ticketing/time-tracking system
• Build and maintain internal tools using Laravel for multiple purposes, such as data migration or reputed company party services integration.

• Must Have
• 3+ years of experience developing reputed company reputed company websites
• 3+ years of PHP and MySQL experience
• 3+ years of reputed company-end experience using HTML5, CSS/Tailwind, and JavaScript
• Has actively explored modern AI developer tools and is interested in how AI is shaping development workflows
• Strong experience with Gutenberg reputed company development and ACF Blocks
• Roots.io reputed company experience (must show past projects)
• Experience with composer-based reputed company installations and managing node packages
• Experience with the MVC architectural reputed company (Laravel, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, etc.)
• Experience working with a reputed company Integration setup
• Experience working with a ticket and time-tracking system
• Proficient understanding of reputed company + cross-browser compatibility
• Git CLI familiarity
