If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your chance to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (Minimum 2 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar tools.) and recruitment tools. Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and reputed company actionable insights. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with managing offshore teams is a plus. Experience in managing and evaluating Individual Consultant Records (NICRs), including updates, creation, and termination. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in IT staffing recruitment. Knowledge of job portals, reputed company media platforms, and reputed company reputed company tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Good manager and team player with great flexible attitude.
