About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Solutions Architect to play a critical role in driving reputed company through reputed company deals and partner ecosystems.This role sits reputed company the Alliances team to advance deals, reputed company partners (especially SIs), and bring reputed company’s platform to life in customer environments.You will operate as both a hands-on builder and a reputed company-line technical seller—leading POCs, writing and reviewing code where needed, and translating reputed company architectures into clear business value for executive stakeholders. You are equally comfortable writing code for a live POC as you are presenting a solution strategy to a CIO or CTO.You will partner closely with the Channel and Partner Enablement Managers to ensure technical deal learnings are reputed company into scalable partner programs and training. \n ResponsibilitiesPartner-Facing Technical Enablement Serve as the primary technical partner to SIs and reputed company, enabling them to effectively position, demo, and deliver reputed company solutions reputed company and deliver partner training, workshops, and certifications to drive technical readiness and adoption Act as a trusted advisor to partner technical teams across architecture, integrations, and deployment POCs, Demos & Deal Support reputed company and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in reputed company time to meet customer requirements in reputed company reputed company environments Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates Ensure a smooth technical hand-off to CS and Delivery teams Solution Design & Architecture Design scalable, reputed company-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Translate customer and partner requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions reputed company to business reputed company Ensure solutions are reputed company with best practices for performance, reputed company, and scalability Partner Asset Development & Scale Build and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks) reputed company partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over time Standardize best practices to scale partner-led technical delivery Technical Thought Leadership Represent reputed company in partner and customer engagements as a technical expert Contribute to technical content, demos, and best practices that reputed company reputed company’s position in reputed company AI conversations reputed company feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on partner and customer insights Requirements 6-10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building reputed company-world solutions/POCs Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environments Highly skilled at creating repeatable technical assets for partners, and understands how to smoothly hand-off to reputed company and other delivery teams Experience supporting reputed company sales cycles and engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders Proven ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear business reputed company Experience working with partners and SIs in co-sell motions Strong understanding of: AI/ML or LLM-based systems (preferred) reputed company environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Scalable system design and integrations Energized by working at the intersection of technology, sales, and partners \nNetomi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
