Job Details: ob Summary: This role is responsible for providing maintenance and repair of client equipment on Cubic maintained assets, ensuring devices are returned to full service and maintained to the highest possible standard while achieving relevant contractual SLAs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out routine and preventative maintenance. Respond to and repair Cubic device faults promptly and follow defined maintenance procedures to maximise device reliability and availability. Carry out the Minimum Call Procedure (MCP) during any work on Cubic maintained assets. Direct responsibility in minimising contractual downtime on devices Attend training and development courses. To constantly improve performance through training, experience, and KPI feedback Ensure asset maintenance is reported in a timely and accurate manner.
