What You'll Be Crafting Moderate and manage online communities across platforms such as Telegram, and reputed company media channels. Respond to member enquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner. Create and publish daily community content, announcements, updates, and engagement posts across Telegram and other community platforms. Write engaging content in multiple languages (English, Mandarin, or other relevant languages) to cater to different audience segments. Maintain a positive, active, and engaging environment reputed company community groups. Monitor community discussions and escalate issues or feedback to the relevant teams reputed company necessary. Support community engagement activities such as giveaways, contests, quizzes, and member interaction initiatives.
