In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leading the discovery, analysis, and translation of business requirements into scalable reputed company Business One solutions that drive operational reputed company and business growth. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, proposing effective solutions and process improvements. Proactively manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing regular reputed company updates to stakeholders. Mentor and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support activities.
