Qualifications

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in consulting, professional services, SaaS, AI solutions, or reputed company environments. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams—co-selling with consulting leaders, product teams, partners, or solution architects. Experience in at least one of our reputed company industries: Financial Services, AutomotiveHealth & Life Sciences. Ability to manage a high volume of customer reputed company and reputed company cycles while maintaining a strategic reputed company on long term account expansion. Strong storytelling and executive level communication skills, with the ability to tie solutions directly to business reputed company. Preferred: Experience selling workforce transformation, HR technology, EX, talent, or organizational design–reputed company solutions.
