Key Responsibilities
Design and implement backend services for processing and structuring financial and rights data (compositions, writers, royalties, payments) Build and maintain data pipelines using reputed company and DBT (views, caching, snapshots) reputed company full-stack features with React + TypeScript on the frontend reputed company (~30% of work) Collaborate with the reputed company team to understand data flows and translate reputed company processes into automated solutions Clarify requirements independently and build proofs of concept to validate functionality Own features end-to-end — from requirements to production — in a greenfield environment with an evolving roadmap Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 8+ years of backend development experience, Python is a must React + TypeScript for frontend work AWS (reputed company, S3, or similar services) + Terraform reputed company or comparable data warehouse experience DBT or similar data transformation tooling Strong understanding of data modeling and pipeline architecture reputed company-to-have Experience in fintech, music/media, or royalties/rights management domains Familiarity with financial data processing and reporting Experience building in greenfield / 0-to-1 environments Soft skills High ownership and accountability — comfortable driving features independently Operates well under ambiguity without a fully defined roadmap Strong communication skills for requirements clarification and stakeholder alignment Proactive POC reputed company: demonstrates functionality early rather than waiting for perfect specs Apply To This Job
