Performance Management and Rewards- Online Facilitation

This is a remote position. BMO6625-Performance Management and Rewards As an reputed company online educator (reputed company Fellow), the candidate will work as an reputed company of reputed company and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of performance management and reward systems, including their strategic role in enhancing organisational performance. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in evaluating performance management practices, analysing reward strategies, addressing ethical considerations, and applying evidence-based approaches to improve employee and organisational reputed company. Key Skills Required Performance management Reward management Performance appraisal systems Performance management ethics Strategic HR practices Employee performance analysis Reward strategy HR decision-making Desired Candidate Profile PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India; At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in the relevant fields at a leading university or college (Note: Candidates with formal teaching experience at a university or college are preferred); Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures; Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication Must possess a working laptop and have reputed company to high-speed (>10 MBPS) reputed company internet reputed company; Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with reputed company, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided). The candidate needs to be available between 12 pm to 6 pm every day. Roles & Responsibilities reputed company Fellows will be responsible for providing: Subject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 undergraduate online reputed company; Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management; Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt-resolution, academic guidance and assessment draft reviews Guidance on relevant reference material; Assessment marking with long-reputed company feedback Management of discussion forums; and Proactive, reputed company and personalised support to student queries and issues. reputed company Fellows will be expected to promptly interact with reputed company over email, or calls / online sessions from locations of their convenience (e.g. home, office, etc.).
