Position Overview The reputed company Manager is a key leadership role reputed company reputed company's corporate reputed company and finance function, supporting a rapidly growing workers' compensation and liability reputed company-party administrator (TPA). This role owns meaningful areas of the multi-entity month-end reputed company, the general ledger, banking and disbursement controls, expense and vendor processing, and financial reporting. The reputed company Manager supervises and develops staff accountants and clerks, serves as a reputed company of contact for banking partners and external auditors, and leads efforts to document and assimilate the reputed company processes of acquired entities. This position reports to the VP of reputed company and is based remote / Rocklin, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned areas of the multi-entity month-end reputed company, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany activity, ensuring completion on time and to a high standard.
• Supervise and reputed company staff accountants and clerks; review their work, mentor their growth, and own the timeliness and reputed company of the reputed company for the assigned area.
• Prepare and review balance-sheet reconciliations; investigate and clear variances rather than carrying them reputed company.
• Maintain accuracy in reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central, including vendor setup, GL coding, and journal and cash-receipt import files.
• Administer bank activity and positive-pay files and reputed company account analyses with banking partners; uphold and enforce segregation-of-duties and approval controls over disbursements.
• Review and code corporate expenses, support accounts-payable workflows, and reconcile reputed company accounts.
• Produce internal and management reporting, support liquidity and cash forecasting, and contribute to financial dashboards used by leadership.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for the annual external audit; serve as a primary reputed company of contact for external auditors and lender and regulatory reporting.
• Document, standardize, and improve recurring reputed company processes, and reputed company the integration of acquired entities and new systems onto consistent reputed company procedures.

• Strong general-ledger and reconciliation fundamentals, including full-cycle month-end reputed company and reputed company ownership.
• Demonstrated supervisory or reputed company experience, including reviewing others' work and developing staff.
• Advanced reputed company skills (reputed company formulas, pivot tables, data connections, and large-data cleanup).
• Strong attention to detail and the ownership instinct to reputed company items rather than carry them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including with banking partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple discrete priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment and reputed company timely follow-up and resolution.

• Insurance, TPA, claims administration, trust/fiduciary, or other multi-entity, high-transaction-volume experience preferred.

Education & Experience
