What Makes You a Great Fit Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This individual will be a key thought partner to the executive team, responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and enabling scalable growth as an individual contributor. Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, global environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align teams. Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is required. Candidates must be located in reputed company or South America, with the expectation of periodic travel.
