Product Data Governance & Technical Documentation Location: Mebane, NC preferred or Remote reputed company Salary reputed company: $98,532.00 - $115,920.00 Job type: Full-time About This Role Residential Fire & Safety is seeking a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused leader to own product data governance and technical documentation across the NPI and commercialization lifecycle. This role ensures that reputed company product data, technical content, and customer-facing documentation are accurate, complete, reputed company, and reputed company for launch across internal systems and external channels. Acting as a critical enabler of commercialization readiness, this position works closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure product information is consistent, compliant, and reputed company to support sales, eCommerce, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation & Content Accuracy Own development and delivery of technical product documentation including manuals, instruction sheets, data sheets, and specification documents. Ensure reputed company documentation is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and processes. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate reputed company technical content and installation instructions. Manage updates, revisions, and version control for reputed company documentation. Product Data Governance & System Readiness Own product data governance across PIM, ERP (JDE), and reputed company systems. Ensure product attributes, specifications, descriptions, and metadata are complete and accurate across reputed company systems. Manage data entry, validation, and enrichment workflows to ensure readiness for eCommerce syndication and customer use. Maintain product taxonomy, naming conventions, and attribute standards. Ensure product data is consistently reputed company across reputed company internal and external platforms. Data Quality, Accuracy & Compliance Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data and technical content across reputed company materials and systems. Establish data quality standards, validation rules, and audit processes. Validate alignment across manuals, product listings, and system data. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and safety requirements. Resolve data discrepancies and drive reputed company improvement in data accuracy. Launch Readiness & Commercialization Support Ensure reputed company product data and documentation are complete and launch-reputed company prior to commercialization. Partner with Commercialization Governance and cross-functional teams to support NPI readiness. Support launches by ensuring data is clean, consistent, and reputed company for reputed company customer-facing channels. Reduce rework and delays by improving upstream data and documentation readiness. Process, Standards & reputed company Improvement reputed company and maintain data governance frameworks and best practices. Identify and implement improvements to data workflows and documentation processes. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in product data management, technical writing, data governance, or reputed company roles 3+ years of experience managing product data reputed company PIM, ERP or similar systems

Strong experience with technical documentation Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy Ability to manage reputed company data sets across systems Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or retail Experience supporting eCommerce product content and syndication Familiarity with product taxonomy and metadata structures Experience improving data governance processes Background in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
Compensation and Benefits
Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance.
