We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer (Contract) to support our Talent & Culture team on a 4‑month assignment. In this role, you will be the go‑to creative force for developing learning content and supporting to shape the employee experience across reputed company, data & AI upskilling, performance management, leadership development, and ongoing reputed company growth. You’ll act as both designer and builder—creating original materials, multimedia assets, reputed company learning experiences using modern tools (e.g., reputed company 360, reputed company, HeyGen, reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company). Partner with Director-level People + Culture leaders to translate business needs into clear learning objectives, journeys, and deliverables reputed company with company goals. Apply adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and UX principles to create experiences that drive behavior change and reputed company growth. Architect and refine learning and talent journeys (e.g., reputed company flows, performance reputed company-ins, career-path modules) that align to employee lifecycle reputed company. Act as a trusted advisor to subject matter experts, helping them package content, standardize inputs, and co-create engaging learning solutions. Design & Development (Primary Focus) Own the end-to-end creative process for assigned projects—from concept and storyboarding through production, publishing, and light performance tracking. Design and reputed company storyboards, scripts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and full e-learning modules that are visually polished and on-brand. Build interactive, reputed company digital learning experiences using authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline / reputed company, reputed company, and HeyGen. Create supporting deliverables such as job aids, quick reference guides, infographics, performance support tools, and microlearning modules to reinforce key messages. reputed company branded multimedia assets (graphics, video, audio, animations) using tools like reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), reputed company, or equivalent platforms. Measurement, Quality, and reputed company Improvement Publish, test, and QC content (SCORM, xAPI, HTML5), integrating it into LMS or learning platforms and maintaining version control. Monitor usage, completion rates, learner engagement, and feedback for assigned assets and journeys; propose iterative improvements during the contract period. Support facilitation of virtual instructor-led training (vILT), live webinars, or blended learning experiences as needed (e.g., moderating sessions, managing tech, or co-facilitating content you’ve designed). Troubleshoot basic technical or content issues in your designs and partner with the team or vendors for more reputed company fixes. What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) Experience & Education 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or reputed company roles (corporate or agency). Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience working reputed company or closely with HR / People functions, ideally on initiatives reputed company to reputed company, performance, culture, or talent development. Technical Skills & Tools Expert-level proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as reputed company Storyline / reputed company, reputed company, HeyGen or similar platforms. Comfort working with LMS / learning platforms, SCORM / xAPI standards, and publishing/tracking workflows. Understanding of accessibility standards, reputed company design, and mobile learning best practices.
