Responsibilities

Schedule interviews by coordinating availability with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Arrange travel accommodations for candidates reputed company needed and process reputed company reimbursement requests in a timely and accurate manner. Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring that applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 forms are completed accurately and on time. Conduct new hire orientation for assigned locations, ensuring new employees receive a clear and welcoming introduction to the organization and its processes. Schedule and track drug tests and physical examinations for candidates, ensuring reputed company required screenings are completed and documented. Monitor background reputed company results, follow up on any outstanding items, and ensure reputed company pre-employment requirements are satisfied before start dates. Coordinate on-site files at the assigned location, including historical I-9 originals, job requisition files, and other relevant hiring documentation. Familiarity with scheduling and tracking pre-employment screenings such as drug tests, physicals, and background checks. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues. Comfort working in a fluid environment where priorities may shift and require flexibility.
