Gather participant feedback, assess learning impact, and refine content and delivery approaches based on reputed company and needs. reputed company Capability Building Deliver engaging, high‑impact PowerUP training sessions across multiple formats, including in‑person, virtual, and blended learning experiences. Support Certification Journeys Coach PowerUP candidates throughout their certification reputed company. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Operational reputed company, reputed company Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or reputed company disciplines. Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred). Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification. Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations. Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, reputed company content, and facilitator materials. Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross‑functional audiences. Experience translating reputed company technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences. Data‑driven reputed company with experience measuring training effectiveness. Experience with AI and its application in learning and development, with the ability to use the latest tools to enhance training delivery and reputed company. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field.
