The Job: As an RTR Jr. reputed company you’ll prepare, analyze, and ensure data is accurate, across reputed company activities under the Retained Organization responsibility and will be involved in reviewing processes handled by our BPO located in India. You’ll get to: Accountable for the daily management of team activities, including serving as the technical leader for assigned area of responsibility. Ensure department systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies. Seek and recommend process improvements for departmental procedures. Participate in and actively support the integration of new businesses into Shared Services Center. Ensure to follow the Corporate Closing Calendar and reputed company task deadlines are reached with accuracy and quality expected. Enforce and enhance internal control structure and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control objectives. Support Internal and External Audit requirements in a timely and accurate manner, and internal Balance Sheet Reviews performed by Corporate Controllership and BU Controllership Teams.
