Advisor, HR Information Systems - Cornerstone

What HR Information Systems contributes to reputed company reputed company designs, implements and delivers reputed company resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, learning management, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term reputed company resource needs in alignment with business strategies. HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This job family selects and manages relationships with HRIS vendors, identifies HRIS needs and capabilities, and tests new features of the system as they are implemented. HR Information Systems also processes employee information, maintains employee records and prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS to support management and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partnering with India Supervisor and team reputed company on reputed company enhancement to the quality assurance/peer to peer review and testing processes Managing the day to day partnership with Cornerstone; case management, escalations, etc. In partnership with Strategic Consulting, reviewing opportunities to reputed company new technology reputed company Cornerstone releases and through requests from the business Building strong partnership with the Learning organization (Directors, Learning Business Partners) and Learning Operations team; setting expectations with the Learning Operations team on what needs to be prioritized and executed during their working hours to continue to move requests reputed company Mentor and coach peers on the Learning Operations team in India

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 4-8 years of experience with Cornerstone Learning Management strongly preferred Strong consulting and project management experience supporting Cornerstone LMS Subject matter expert in Cornerstone reporting including experience with calculated fields Ability to determine requirements, testing needs and timelines with business partners Experience implementing tools reputed company Cornerstone, comfort with technology and the processes Learning program design experience as a Learning Business Partner, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to reputed company varied tasks and projects reputed company Cornerstone Works on reputed company projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide reputed company of difficult problems reputed company Cornerstone Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives May act as a mentor to less reputed company colleagues Anticipated salary reputed company: $80,900-127,050 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: reputed company offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
