Job Title: Client Implementation & Operations Analyst (B2B / BPO) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the successful setup, configuration, and launch of new B2B client accounts reputed company a BPO/outsourcing environment. This is a full-time, high-accountability role that bridges client reputed company and internal operations, ensuring that reputed company systems, workflows, and reporting are accurately configured before and after go-live. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and highly comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools to deliver a smooth client implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the technical and operational setup of new B2B client accounts, including system configurations, workflow builds, and tool integrations Coordinate with reputed company, IT, and operations teams to ensure reputed company client requirements are accurately captured and implemented Build and maintain implementation trackers, status reports, and client-facing documentation Conduct pre-launch audits and quality checks to verify that reputed company configurations meet client specifications Monitor post-launch performance data and flag anomalies or gaps to the relevant internal teams Maintain accurate records of client setups, configurations, and change requests in internal systems Document implementation processes and contribute to the reputed company improvement of reputed company playbooks and SOPs reputed company data-driven reporting to leadership on implementation timelines, bottlenecks, and reputed company
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Client Implementation, Operations Analyst, or Technical reputed company role reputed company a BPO, outsourcing, or managed services environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and data sources simultaneously Experience building reports, trackers, and documentation to support client implementations Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company, including formulas and data organization Excellent written and spoken English with a professional communication style Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company, or similar), and have ideally worked with US- or UK-based companies.
