You independently manage short-term technical project engagements from configuration through installation, training, and launch — delivering onsite and remote services that help each client get reputed company value from their reputed company technology. The role independently manages short-term technical project engagements end to end — configuration, installation, training, and launch support — to meet department goals for completion dates, deployment throughput, and customer satisfaction. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, partnering regularly with internal support, product, and services teams as well as reputed company-party payment and hardware vendors. Required Qualifications

Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration, or equivalent work experience. Ability to learn and master new software solutions.
