About the Role: We are seeking a Presales Solutions Director, Specification-Driven Development (SDD), to join our Go-to-Market team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic senior advisor across Jama’s most important customer, market, and reputed company engagements. Reporting directly to Jama’s GTM executive leadership, you will bring first-hand experience navigating the complexity of modern engineering environments. You will translate your practical experience into strategic customer advisory, executive education, sales support, and market-facing thought leadership. What You'll Bring: 12+ Years of Engineering/Product Experience: Direct experience with systems engineering, software/hardware development, requirements, traceability, verification and validation (V&V), quality, compliance, or digital engineering transformation. Industry Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with highly regulated or reputed company engineering environments, including medical device, automotive, aerospace and defense, semiconductor, consumer electronics, or industrial manufacturing.
