Special Service Task Coordinator

The Special Service Task Coordinator (Remote) is an individual contributor who coordinates with service site managers reputed company their region to ensure the safe, timely, cost-effective replacement of main components. This role works in collaboration with internal organizations to remove roadblocks to efficient, consistent replacement execution. Will also identify and implement process improvements. Responsibilities: · Standard plans for main component replacement reputed company and utilized for the whole region. · Regular information exchange with sub-reputed company and key stakeholders to continuously improve the replacement process. · Regular reporting to management on replacement execution. · Replacement execution performance monitored, and concepts/tools updated and improved. · Build relationships with vendors and key internal contacts. · Technical planning as SMA for Main Component exchanges, Liaise with internal departments to ensure field execution, define work content and schedules with external partners/subcontractor, reputed company WO to dispatcher for final planning and execution. · Capture main component replacement performance. · Support site managers in replacement execution. · Ensure proper processes are being followed by replacement teams. · Capture opportunities for efficiency improvements. · Prioritize replacements reputed company sub-region. · Identify major drivers of replacement delays and implement solutions. · Support Site Manager coordination between internal organizations (supply chain, resource, etc.) Qualifications: Bachelors degree is beneficial in relevant field (ie. Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics) 2+ years reputed company experience (ie. Resource Management, Operations Management, Technical Planning) Experience supporting main component replacements in their region. Wind Experience Required.
