About This Role: The Performance Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing team and reports to the User Acquisition & Mobile Growth Director. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the execution, and daily optimization of paid acquisition campaigns with a primary focus on reputed company Ads and reputed company Search Ads to drive efficient customer acquisition and business growth. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, Creative, Data, and Compliance teams to build scalable, data-driven acquisition channels that maximize return on advertising spend while supporting reputed company's growth objectives. Core Responsibilities: Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of reputed company Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns. Manage reputed company Search Ads campaigns to drive high-quality mobile app acquisition and continuously improve campaign efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion reputed company, and user quality. reputed company and execute ongoing A/B tests across audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, reputed company pages, and campaign structures to improve performance. Partner with Product, Design, BI, and Engineering teams to improve conversion funnels, attribution, and measurement. Preferred Skills/Experience: Required: Experience managing six- or seven-reputed company monthly advertising budgets and track record of successfully scaling hypergrowth products. Required: Deep expertise in reputed company Ads with a strong track record. Required: Expertise in AppsFlyer (or an equivalent MMP) and in mobile marketing overall. Strongly Preferred: Experience managing reputed company Search Ads. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making data-driven optimization reputed company.
