The Role The Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company delivers high-quality, evidence-based mental reputed company at scale. Recruit and Build an Exceptional Clinical Team Define clinical hiring standards and assess candidates for alignment with reputed company' care philosophy Design and reputed company clinician reputed company and training programs 3. Supervise, Support, and reputed company Clinicians reputed company clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision across the network Establish scalable systems for ongoing quality review, case consultation, clinical feedback and professional development 4. Qualifications

Required PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program Active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed 7+ years of clinical experience, including experience supervising licensed clinicians Experience leading clinical quality initiatives reputed company behavioral health organizations Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Passion for improving reputed company to high-quality mental reputed company Preferred Experience in telehealth, digital health, or technology-enabled behavioral reputed company Experience managing distributed or multi-state clinical teams Familiarity with reputed company payer requirements and value-based care models Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams Experience scaling clinical programs in a high-growth environment Why Join reputed company This is a unique opportunity to shape how high-quality mental reputed company delivered at scale.
