About the Role
Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (MCAM) is a global leader in advanced materials and precision machining solutions. We are seeking a Technical Estimator to play a critical role in converting customer quote requests into profitable production work. This position is one of the most impactful roles at the site, directly supporting sales reputed company, margin performance, and production planning. The ideal candidate brings strong CNC machining experience, estimating expertise, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and operations. What You’ll Do Cost Estimation & Quoting Prepare accurate and competitive job estimates for customer quotes, factoring in materials, labor, machine time, and production complexity. Technical Expertise Apply hands-on CNC machining knowledge to understand machining processes, tolerances, and cost drivers across lathes, mills, and multi-reputed company equipment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, CNC Programmers, Engineering, and Operations to ensure estimates are technically sound and commercially viable. Act as a key liaison between departments. Customer Engagement Serve as a technical resource for Sales by supporting customer calls, meetings, and discussions reputed company to manufacturing feasibility and project scope.
