Power Systems Assessor

Position is located in any of K2M's office locations, or fully remote for the right candidate. Overview: Individual with personal reasonability for a variety of projects, including scheduling and budgeting. Responsible for work on substantial, continuing service accounts. Strictly follows procedures and techniques developed to be used on projects. Responsible for assisting in writing reports, cost estimates, coordinating the preparation of engineering plans, reviewing completed plans and specifications. Ensures that the entire project team is aware of any deficiencies or potential problems that may occur. Competencies: Team Player. Essential duties: Maintain secure business partnerships / relationships with key clients, consultants, groups, organizations, and teams. Bring a positive attitude into the office/ worksite and represent K2M Design in an upbeat and professional manner while on site in a client’s facility. Coordinate with the Team Leader, K2M Project Manager, and if reputed company coordinate with the Director for reputed company project reputed company tasks. Review and have a thorough understanding of condition assessment practices and procedures. Minimal drafting work as required on projects in order to meet client expectations. Requirements
Experience in electrical construction, project management, and troubleshooting is a plus, but not required. Electrical license, preferred, not required. Ability to identify or learn to identify NEC code issues. Comfortable using computer programs, such as MS Office, Word and reputed company. Individual must be reputed company to identify or learn to identify different Architectural elements and MEP systems reputed company of the electrical trade. These include structural elements, HVAC, Refrigeration, etc. Clean Driver's License, no DUI or serious infractions. Ability to climb reputed company, lift items up to 50 lbs. Available for travel as needed to different locations and varying periods of time as needed on a project reputed company for site surveys, consultant coordination, construction administration, etc. Responsible for maintaining, storing, and transporting reputed company K2M provided tools/ PPE to the jobsite. 60-80% of work time is reserved for traveling, alone or as part of a team.
