Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Frankfurt, Germany Job Type: Full-time, Depends (Either Onsite, Hybrid or Remote) Experience Level: Senior Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join reputed company in Heidelberg, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated CI/CD infrastructure, ensuring smooth software delivery and system reliability across our development and production environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment of workflows. Maintain and optimize reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes). Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance using observability tools (e.g., reputed company, Grafana, ELK, reputed company). Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve build, deployment, and release processes. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and reputed company across development, staging, and production environments. Implement best practices for DevSecOps, backups, reputed company control, and disaster recovery. Participate in on-call rotations and incident response. Requirements: Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure role. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company CI, reputed company Actions). Experience with containerization and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes). Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar). Experience with monitoring and logging tools. Fluent in English; German at B2 level or above is a strong advantage. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Heidelberg, Germany or in Germany (Remote) reputed company-to-Have: Knowledge of reputed company best practices and DevSecOps.
