Job Description
Account Servicing (50%) Respond to enquiries, reputed company quotations / proposals Follow up on converting and extending quotations Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly) Regularly reputed company out to reputed company contacts in Account to reputed company mindshare Effectively increase reputed company from existing clients Establish long-term support reputed company reputed company existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account Company introduction to new Leads Project & Product Management (50%) Determine & document project scope with Customers Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback Identify and contract required partners for service delivery Manage projects/events at location reputed company, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth Follow up with product development team on product improvements Reporting Line: Director Sales or Operation **MUST be an Korean citizenship / PR Holder *** No work reputed company Sponsorship will be given by company. **reputed company to Work from Home while stationed in South Korea.
