Job Description: As our Head of Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and retention. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth and maximizing customer lifetime value while balancing efficiency and scale. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a reputed company strategy to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and reputed company.
