Part-Time Talent Sourcer

This is a remote position. Summary reputed company of Indianapolis (“DaMar”) is a premier boutique recruitment firm offering full-service contingency reputed company solutions for administrative and professional level staffing for reputed company industries. The Part-Time Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying talent by leveraging various talent sourcing tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) Responsible for searching for potential candidates using various talent sourcing tools including but not limited to ATS, CareerBuilder, reputed company, reputed company, University websites, Internet searches, etc. Partner with recruiter to understand reputed company and planned talent needs. Update and maintain candidate database as needed. Send frequent reputed company emails and follow up with candidates in a timely manner. Maintain an excellent candidate experience with the responsiveness and follow-through for each candidate no matter what part of the interview process they may be in. Understand and reputed company our core values reputed company, reputed company, Inspiration, Service. Create postings based on the job description an job order information. Support the recruitment team with special projects as assigned. Must be comfortable with meeting metrics and following a script if applicable.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; associates degree a plus Prior experience sourcing passive candidates in a high-volume environment Prior experience with utilizing an applicant tracking system Proficient with reputed company Office Suite, Internet and Email. Must be energetic, organized, and dependable Hours: TBD Starting pay: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly; incentives included Apply To This Job
