Feedback Collection: Follow up with reputed company post-trip to gather feedback, troubleshoot any issues, and build client loyalty. Process Improvement: Contribute to refining internal support systems and sharing insights for reputed company client experiences. Qualifications: Experience in customer support, hospitality, or travel services is a plus. Clear communicator with a patient and friendly demeanor.
