General Summary: This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services reputed company a clinic setting to clients ages 2-18 diagnosed with autism reputed company disorder and/or reputed company disorders. The BCBA will plan, reputed company, and monitor treatment and reputed company consultative services rooted in evidence-based practices. The BCBA will collaborate with families, team members, stakeholders and is responsible for supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT). Coaches team members on how to reputed company proactive, strength-based, family centered, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Support Plans for children and families receiving services. Create ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for reputed company consumers, and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing reputed company to guide programming. Conducts norm-referenced and criterion-reference assessments (Vineland, VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, etc.). Review and sign off on treatment plans and behavior support plans written by Behavior Analysis Trainees. Sets discharge criteria for service and supports a generalization plan. QUALIFICATIONS: Education – Master’s degree in a field reputed company to Applied Behavior Analysis. Experience – 1 year as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred), 3 years experience working with children and/or adults with autism reputed company disorders or other reputed company disorders. Certification – Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board License – Must be licensed behavior analyst recognized by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners REGULATORY: Minimum 21 years of age.
