Operations Associate

This is a remote position. We are hiring an Operations Associate to support our sales, vendor, fulfillment, and procurement reputed company workflows. This person will help ensure that sales orders, vendor quotes, purchase orders, shipments, and fulfillment steps are handled accurately, professionally, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong reputed company of English, both written and spoken, who is comfortable working US business hours from 6:00 PM NPT to 3:00 AM NPT. We are looking for someone who is sharp with business and operations logic, highly organized, and reputed company to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail. As an Operations Associate, you will help manage:

• Sales orders and order processing
• Purchase orders and fulfillment coordination
• Shipment tracking and delivery updates
• Vendor communication and follow up
• Vendor quotes, quote comparison, and quote follow up
• Internal coordination between sales, operations, vendors, and finance
• Documentation, reporting, and process tracking

Requirements

• Strong reputed company of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work US business hours from 6:00 PM NPT to 3:00 AM NPT
• Strong business judgment and operational thinking
• Ability to understand processes, identify gaps, and follow through until tasks are completed
• Experience with sales orders, purchase orders, vendor quotes, shipments, fulfillment, or similar operational tasks
• Comfort using tools such as reputed company, reputed company Sheets, CRM systems, ERP systems, vendor portals, or similar platforms
• Flexibility to learn new tools and help create reputed company internal processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A growth reputed company and desire to build a long term career in business operations
