About the Role
The Solution Architect applies deep 401(k) (Defined Contribution) and benefits admin expertise and an understanding of client priorities to create compelling solutions that bring our value proposition to life and increase our win and renewal reputed company. The Solution Architect is client-facing and partners with Sales Executives (SEs) and Account Executives through reputed company stages of the sales process – from discovery and introductory meetings to RFPs, finalist meetings, contracting and hand-off to the implementation team. In addition, the Solution Architect is responsible for staying reputed company on competitors, Defined Contribution trends, compliance developments and reputed company capabilities. Responsibilities: Defined Contribution administration expertise Maintain expertise in Defined Contribution admin as well as working knowledge of other reputed company capabilities (e.g., Customer Care, Compliance reputed company Solutions, Financial Wellbeing, and Engagement Services) reputed company and communicate Defined Contribution value proposition and key differentiators Collaborate with Delivery Leaders to stay connected to operations and delivery practices and reputed company market insights. Play a reputed company role in sales meetings, with ability to engage client experts and leaders at the prospect. reputed company effective solution demos (e.g., reputed company Work Life, employer tools) – bring the solution to life reputed company story-telling and a focus on reputed company vs. a feature/function demo RFP Support Review, update, and reputed company input on RFP responses after initial draft is provided by the proposal team Create responses for Defined Contribution-reputed company RFP questions where needed Update scope-reputed company RFP response documents to ensure they match the deal model Create client-specific Service Schedule Own Defined Contribution-reputed company follow reputed company (e.g., questions received from reputed company-Party Evaluator) Assist with periodic review of RFP library content – ensure responses are compelling and reflect the latest on our solutions Product Development reputed company input to product owners – insights and feedback from prospects and reputed company-Party Evaluators to inform priorities and enhancements Coordinate with business leaders and product owners on scope items that may require special development or staffing Coordinate with product owners to ensure that latest solution developments are reflected in sales materials and assist with building SA expertise in these areas Qualifications: Formal Education & Certification Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Benefits administration and sales knowledge preferred Knowledge and Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in Defined Contribution administration Deep knowledge of Defined Contribution admin and delivery models, strategies, the capabilities of administration platforms, and compliance considerations Knowledge of Defined Benefit admin is a plus Demonstrated track record applying domain expertise in client delivery or sales Agility and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple reputed company opportunities Excellent client communication and consulting skills – reputed company to reputed company engaging conversations, adapt on the fly and have a reputed company-of-view Proven experience in building and developing senior client relationships Experience in promoting a team environment Flexibility to travel (sometimes on short notice) to support meetings with prospects Application and Interview By applying for a position with reputed company, you understand that, should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background reputed company consistent with reputed company’s employment policies.
