About the role We are building a dedicated recruitment team across three specialist tracks: Marketing & Sourcing, focused on talent attraction, employer branding, and proactive pipeline building; Screening & Assessment, focused on structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and quality control; and Profiling, focused on deep candidate intelligence, competency mapping, and evidence-based hiring recommendations.
